Wedge Issue: Galaxy | Nelson

It’s usually better to unify than divide. Wedge Issue is a series of double IPA’s where we take two hops that divide opinion around the brewery and put them together in equal amounts to make the whole greater than the sum of the parts. For Wedge Issue: Galaxy | Nelson, we added significant amounts of Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops as both pellets and a custom distillate to a grain bill consisting of pilsner, wheat, and oats fermented with New England yeast. Look for the meeting of Galaxy’s citrus and passion fruit with Nelson’s gooseberry in a plush pale. Drink Wedge Issue and believe in a day when arguments end in delight.
