Wedge Issue: Bravo | Lotus

It’s usually better to unify than divide. Wedge Issue is a series of double IPA’s where we take two hops that divide opinion around the brewery and put them together in equal amounts to make the whole greater than the sum of the parts. For Wedge Issue: Bravo | Lotus, we added significant amounts of Bravo and Lotus hops as pellets, and costum distillate to grain bill consisting of Pearl malt, wheat and oats fermented with New England yeast. Look for a meeting of Bravo floral aromatics to be complimented by Lotus’s vanilla and tropical fruits notes for more modern North East style. Drink wedge Issue and believe in a day when arguments end in delight.
