Every now and then we like to leave our nimble little work horse at the dock and go out for a luxury cruise on a bigger Boat. For SS Hief we explore what technology has to offer in the form of a modernized hop engine. We shored Boat’s stony, linear, crisp, dry frame with some extra wheat, doubled the size of everything, and moved the entire second dry-hopping to up-to-the-minute powder versions of Boat’s hops.
