With that in mind, we’re thrilled to present Something Alsatian, our latest creation—a refreshing table ale aged on Riesling grapes, inspired by the rich winemaking traditions of the Alsace region.

Alsace, located in northeastern France, is home to some of the most revered Riesling wines in the world. Known for its crisp, aromatic white wines that burst with flavors of citrus, green apple, and stone fruits, the region’s winemaking ethos—of balancing freshness with complexity—was the perfect muse for our latest brew. 🍏🍋
