Psaught

We like hops. Sometimes we like putting the same hop through a few different lenses just to see what happens.

Psaught starts with Nelson Sauvin—white grape, gooseberry, citrus, and that unmistakable New Zealand hop character. We push it further with Nelson Abstrax and Nelson Amplifier, concentrating and extending that aromatic profile. Vic Secret adds pineapple and passionfruit, while Citra fills in the citrus and tropical edges.

Fermented with Juice yeast, it lands soft, hazy, and saturated, with a plush body and just enough bitterness to keep all that fruit from getting out of hand.

The nose is bright and expressive. The palate moves from white grape and citrus into pineapple, passionfruit, and ripe tropical fruit before finishing clean enough to make another sip inevitable.
