There are few things as germane to the Jersey experience as trips to Florida, when winter is getting long in its tooth. As a kid to see relatives, as a young adult to revel in the warmth with friends, and as a grown-up to get away from it all. MIA-EWR is about those wintry Florida things you drag along on the flight north at the bottom of winter- oranges so precious, sweet and warm, they are individually tissue-wrapped and carted along with those couple coconuts in giant husks found while traipsing about.
