Lemon Cherry Gelato starts with a hop structure built to express bright citrus and saturated fruit. Citra lays down mango and citrus oil. Simcoe brings a little pine and berry depth. Motueka sharpens the whole thing with electric lime zest. Fermented with Conan, it lands plush, hazy, and aromatic with a pillowy body and smooth bitterness.

Then we layer in Lemon Cherry Gelato terpenes — the same aromatic compounds naturally found in hops and citrus peels. Terpenes are what create those vivid hop aromas in the first place; here they amplify them, pushing bright lemon candy, sweet citrus, and soft cherry-like fruit further into the glass.
