The Story
Hang The DJ, a member of our &telier series is back. We concocted this International Triple IPA with our friend @bstrumke of @stillwater_artisanal to show off our ability to produce a monster IPA that despite its ABV, maintains its drinkability.
We let the Kveik Yeast carry the mail here and paired it with Citra + Galaxy + Hallartau hops, which resulted in a fruit salad-yy citrus profile. The aromatics are noticeable the moment the can is cracked. The soft pillowly mouthfeel leads into a ripe fruit salad, peach gummy ring, mango-like taste. This one is available only in our taproom.
