Franchise Development Triticale & Trident

We take great pride in our Franchise series. Pairing unconventional malt bills with various hops is an ongoing and exciting experience. For this series, we paired the Triticale malt base with one of our favorite hops, Trident. The result is an understated blend of mild earthy tones with a tropical mango finish. The Triticale malt provides a rye-like flavor essence with a bit of spice bite. As it warms, the citrusy profile takes shape, and about halfway through you’ll begin to notice a prickly pear, bubblegum like sweetness.
