Collaboration with Interboro Spirits and Ales

First, we streamed mulberry juice thorough Interboro’s Mad Fat Fluid and completely fermented it dry, creating a plush base of berry neutral aromas. Next, we swapped in a luscious mix of Wai-Iti, Rakau, Citra & Mosaic hops, organized in a manner just bitter enough to reset your notions at the moment when you think you have sorted where the juice’s juice ends and the hops’ juiciness begins.
