Concord Flowerz is the latest — a Modern Session IPA built around two things that shouldn’t work together this well: Concord grape and White RNTZ extract. Jammy, candy-sweet, and unmistakably itself.
Simcoe, Mosaic, and Strata lay the foundation — dank, tropical, and just enough edge to remind you this is still a hop-forward beer. Conan yeast keeps it soft and juicy. Then the Concord grape rolls in with that deep, backyard-in-August sweetness, and White RNTZ pushes it somewhere candy-tropical and a little unexpected.
