The Story
Those of you who follow our Whip series know we do a Whip per nation. Bicz is our Polish version and we must say it is a delight. For this one, we had some fun with oaked smoked wheat. It’s a very straightforward European style. The smoke is super tamed and well-behaved, not like ribs but more like campfire and fun. If you love our Whip series then you’ll love Bicz.
