One need not be the other, but in our Highlander games, we like to let one experience inform another – playing with notions in wines we love evoking them in beer that is bright, zippy, and easily quaffed. For Austen-sibly Travis, we stack ample yet subtle pear and ginger notes to suggest, but not actually be anything like, the bracing whites of Hermitage blanc, while instead being a lively, fun, little beer.
