We’ve been spending a lot of time figuring out how to make beers that stay in the glass without weighing you down. 2 Drink Minimum is our 4% New England–style IPA built around that idea.

Citra Cryo gives it a bright, concentrated citrus punch. Nelson and Riwaka bring that unmistakable NZ lift — sharp, aromatic, a little wild. Ekuanot fills in the middle with soft tropical notes. Fermented with Juice yeast, it stays hazy, plush, and expressive, even at lower ABV.

This is Carton leaning into small beers with big intent — light on its feet, full of aroma, and made for another sip… and then maybe another.
