New Jersey’s own IPA

077XX

Like all things truly Jersey, 077XX makes the most in balancing through its accentuation of extremes. Inspired by the west coast IPAs we love, we added a thump of hops to a dynamic malt profile and chose a yeast to drive these two further than they wanted to go. Throw our water into this mix and you will find dank green resinous hops popping over orange, mango and papaya aromas, with just enough sweetness of body to make the long finish a pleasure to have around. Drink 0’Dub when your night matters.

Boat Beer

Boat Beer is designed to be complex enough to merit drinking a few without being crippled by alcohol. Kolsch yeast and German malts are combined to be crisp and refreshing, while a generous amount of American hops have been added to keep it remarkable. Expect it to dance out of the glass with a whack of grapefruit and open into a crisp, stony tangle of white and yellow fruit with pine and moss notes. An IPA for everyday drinking, drink boat beer when you are thirsty from softball, fishing, or explaining why your team is best.

This Town

In a perfect world each town would have access to a fresh, straightforward lager beer. For our neighbors we built around a typically bready helles malt bill fermented with classic yeasts. Made unique by focusing on the defining bitterness and pleasant citric spice of Opal hops. Drink This Town because you’re almost home and deserve a beer from here.

The Hook

It doesn’t matter what we brew as long as we mix wheat and citra. That makes us feel we’ll convey some juicy notes or fruit expression. To confuse the issue we will add some pleasant yeast, from far away plus some galaxy for good measure. No matter how much we resist the bend. Some dry hopping causes our resolve to break because the hops bring us back on that we can rely, the hops bring us back

Whaler

There is no denying the brilliance in the cathedral hull design from Boston when running around on the tidal brackish chop of the rivers of the Jersey Bayshore. Whether sitting with some friends casting lines, or yanking people around on tow ropes, their fun, easy-to-love pleasure for pleasure’s sake have always had a home on docks around here. For our three point hulled New England workhorse, Whaler, we flanked a prow of Mosaic with Citra and Galaxy, pushing it through our decidedly mineral water with some Strata as the outboard. Drink Whaler because when something is this easy to enjoy, that’s what should be done.
