Wedge Issue: Citra | Mosaic

It’s usually better to unify than divide. Wedge Issue™ is a series of double IPA’s where we take two hops that divide opinion around the brewery and put them together in equal amounts to make the whole greater than the sum of the parts. For Wedge Issue: Citra l Mosaic, we added significant amounts of Citra and Mosaic hops as pellets, powder, and a custom distillate to a grain bill consisting of pilsner, wheat, and oats fermented with New England yeast. Look for the meeting of Mosaic’s dark berries and Citra’s bright tropical in a plush pale. Drink Wedge Issue and believe in a day when arguments end in delight.
