The Story
Brett 1 is Brett wandering the brewer’s larder and selecting each of the favorite ingredients he has played with, deck to deck and brew to brew, creating a gorgeous version of the workhorse pale ales we love. A Pearl base gives that lightly green slightly caramel foundation bigging-up El Dorado pellets, Citra dust and Simcoe oils. Smooth citrus with tropical edges of a drinking pale.
