It was high time we circled back to the West Coast. Mosaic, Citra, Strata, Nectaron, Nectaron Cryo — each one making the others sharper. Tropical fruit, citrus, peach, and a dank resinous edge, all riding clean and dry on a Chico fermentation that steps aside and lets the hops do the talking.
West Coast done right. No haze to hide behind.
