We’ve been spending time on the other end of the spectrum — what happens when you don’t hold back. 2 Drink Maximum is our 12% Triple NE IPA, built to see how far we can push saturation, texture, and aroma without losing the plot.

Citra Cryo brings an intense, concentrated citrus blast. Nelson and Riwaka layer in that sharp, unmistakable NZ lift — aromatic, expressive, and a little unruly. Ekuanot fills the middle with dense tropical fruit, keeping the beer plush and rounded instead of hot or jagged. Fermented with Juice yeast, it stays hazy, soft, and fully expressive despite the size.

This is us leaning into big beers with intention — saturated, layered, and unapologetically loud, but still balanced enough to remind you when it’s time to stop.
