The Story

It’s been too long since we dialed in a big juicy Double IPA. Since NE IPA quickly became a crowd favorite, we decided to build off it, introducing Parallel Thinking. This hazy masterpiece is a symphony of Citra, Citra Lupulin Powder, Mosaic, and Mosaic Lupulin Powder, creating a tropical cornucopia.

We meticulously crafted Parallel Thinking using Conan yeast, known for its ability to accentuate hop aromas. The utilization of white wheat and flaked oats fosters a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel, providing a perfect balance for the intense hop character with a very subtle bitterness.
