Pairs Best With: Breakfast at Cracker Barrel
Sometimes we get a bit too far out over our skis and sometimes when we’re out there we strike gold. We’ve produced this big beautiful barleywine that’s been aged in bourbon barrels, infused with blueberries, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup, and came out tasting like a fantastically soaked blueberry pancake. While these four flavors can be intrusive, in this case, we’ve managed to layer them delicately. The result is a sweet and savory 11% new favorite entry into the OWC catalog.
