No You Hang Up is a little bit bigger than the normal Weiss beer, made to mimic wine. Not too much acidity, but enough to make its presence felt. This original tart-ish creation, finishes nice and clean. The tart cherry does what we had hoped it would. We’re finding this one pairs nicely either pre or post dinner. Either with a pre dinner charcuterie board or a post meal wind down beverage, this slots itself into our lineup beautiful. Give it a try and tell us what you think.
