Drip is our 7% NJIPA tuned for texture and lift—the kind that lands soft but keeps moving. Pure Idaho Pilsner lays a clean, quiet floor, while Carafoam, oat malt, and flaked oats build that familiar Carton cushion: pillowy without weight, full without drag. A touch of sauermalz pulls everything into focus, brightening the edges so the hops speak clearly.

Trident sets the saturation. Galaxy flashes ripe tropical—passionfruit, peach, citrus oil—while Mosaic gathers it all back in with mango, rind, and a low, steady resin hum. Juicy, but not sweet. Hazy, but awake.
