Ok Cowmpadres, we will do a carrot cake inspired beer with you. Sure, you can name it. Sure, you can draw Bull-Augie for the can. All we need to do is completely deconstruct the cake flavors and reorganize them as a beer that evokes carrot cake while tasting like a beer. For starters, let’s invent a fermentable carrot sugar by dehydrating carrots and stirring them through liquid nitrogen. Then, we’ll powder that and add it to a milk porter mash.
