Cuban Coffee

Cuban Coffee is a continuation of the Regular Coffee game. We swapped the coffee in our golden imperial coffee cream ale with an espresso-roasted and espresso-ground combination of beans from Sumatra, Columbia and Kenya. We aged the resulting beer in rum barrels and finished with condensed milk. Much like Regular Coffee looks to evoke an amusing version of the acidic bitter coffee curbed by milk and sugar that starts a day in a paper cup, Cuban Coffee plays as a pungent sweet rich cup of coffee touched with the local libation, either while away or in a small bakery you know well. ¡Dale! drink Cuban Coffee.
